I did not realize that one of my submitted photos was sold a few days ago at Dreamstime. It’s a good thing. One out of 6 sold is better than no sales at all. I was hoping at least half would be selling. No, I’m just kidding. Anyway, I couldn’t really be so sure because I’m just starting out in the business.
I’m so happy because it’s my first stock photo sold in my life!

So it looks like I have another $99.50 to go before I can request a cashout at Dreamstime microstock agency.

It’s quite a surprise although I knew the photo is sellable. However, only Dreamstime saw the potential of it like me. 98% of the other microstock agencies that I tried thought otherwise. The sale of my first stock photo gives me impetus to continue with my stock photography effort.
