I am going to blog about anything which we can buy with money in order to make more money. The usual suspects are going to be topics on real estate, land development, collectibles, antiques, gold, jewelery, bonds, shares & much much more. Please do not take my blogging as a definite guide to get rich schemes.
I am a decent wage earner myself & I do not want anybody to be losing money because of my blabbing. It is just for the sake of discussion & looking at the possibilities available to make an honest living.
Now that I got my guilt conscious covered, I shall begin my first post on the blog with a little bit about credit cards. I come to realize that my debit card account does not get charged a monthly fee when I do not have any money in it. However it is a different story with my credit card. Even though it is a prepaid credit card, I still have to pay a small service fee regardless of whether I have any money in my credit card.
In the event that I do not have any money in it, the balance shall start to show a negative balance as informed by the lady at the bank. Furthermore, I have found that I could not use my credit card to make any purchases or even do a simple online “sign up” with my credit card. Basically, it is deemed unusable but still active until I reload my credit card with fresh funds.
