I do not know why anybody would need another computer manufacturer other than Alienware unless of course, people are looking for a variety in prices, function & looks. Alienware offers top notch computer hardware specially designed for gaming. To many, Aienware is ine of the best computer manufacturers in the world.
One fine example is the state of the art Area-51 7500 (2007). I am not a big fan of desktop computers but the Area-51 7500 would be a good choice in case my current PC blows up; provided I have money to splurge. You know you are on the upper consumer level when your equipment is from Alienware. No doubt, Alenware computers are great for games.
